Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods Orders are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery.

United Kingdom Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £10. Orders under £10 will incur a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Shipping costs for orders outside the UK are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — please allow additional time for international orders.

Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
